Duodisly groups are private, but users can create tasks, rewards, messages, and photos. These Rules apply to all content and interactions.
1. Respect and safety
Do not use Duodisly to threaten, coerce, shame, harass, stalk, exploit, groom, discriminate against, or endanger another person. Family tasks and rewards must not be abusive, degrading, dangerous, sexual, or unlawfully controlling.
2. Child safety: zero tolerance
Prohibited content or conduct includes:
- child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving a minor;
- grooming, solicitation, trafficking, exploitation, or instructions facilitating abuse;
- requests for intimate evidence or nudity;
- encouraging dangerous challenges, self-harm, violence, substance use, or illegal activity by a child;
- publishing a child’s address, school, documents, precise location, or other unnecessary identifying details;
- impersonating a parent or falsely claiming authority over a child profile.
We may preserve and report suspected illegal child-exploitation material to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
3. Other prohibited content
Do not upload or send:
- credible threats or instructions for violence;
- intimate content without consent;
- illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or discriminatory content;
- personal or confidential information without lawful authority;
- malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive links;
- content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- evidence captured through unlawful surveillance.
4. Task-evidence guidance
Upload only what is needed to show completion. Avoid third-party faces, mirrors or screens showing private content, addresses, keys, documents, financial information, health information, nudity, or unsafe situations. Evidence is visible to authorized members of the group.
5. Reporting and blocking
Users may report a user, task, reward, message, or evidence. Adults may block another adult or leave a group. Administrators may remove members and regenerate invite codes according to their role.
Reports are private. Ordinary group members, group administrators, and the reported person do not receive a report list. Authorized Duodisly personnel or systems may review reports and related records.
6. What we may do
Depending on severity and context, we may:
- retain evidence relevant to a report;
- remove or restrict content;
- warn a user;
- disable credentials or features;
- restrict invitations or interactions;
- suspend or terminate access;
- cooperate with lawful requests or report suspected illegal conduct.
We do not promise a specific response time or result, but child-safety and credible-threat reports are prioritized.
7. Emergencies
Duodisly is not monitored as an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a competent child-protection authority.
