These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply to paid Duodisly subscriptions.
1. Plans and group access
Duodisly plans may include Couple Monthly, Couple Yearly, Family Monthly, and Family Yearly. The exact plan name, included features, group capacity, price, currency, billing period, taxes, trial, and offer terms are displayed before purchase.
A Couple entitlement is intended for a couple group of up to two adults. A Family entitlement is intended for a family group of up to two adults and four parent-managed child profiles, subject to current product limits.
One adult is the subscription owner. Other authorized group members receive access through that adult’s active group entitlement and do not purchase separately for the same group.
2. Seven-day trial
Where displayed at checkout, an eligible new subscription includes a seven-day free trial. Eligibility may be limited by account, group, purchase platform, previous trial use, or promotion.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid plan shown at checkout and the purchase platform charges the displayed price. The exact trial end time is shown by the purchase platform. Deleting the app or ceasing use does not cancel the trial.
3. Charges, taxes, and local pricing
Prices may vary by country, currency, platform, taxes, exchange rates, and promotion. The amount shown immediately before confirmation controls the purchase. The purchase platform may calculate, collect, and remit applicable taxes.
4. Automatic renewal
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods unless canceled before the renewal deadline shown by the purchase platform. The purchase platform charges the payment method associated with the purchase.
5. Cancellation
Cancel through the same platform where you purchased the subscription or through a supported subscription-management link in Duodisly. Cancellation prevents future renewal; access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund, chargeback, fraud action, or platform rule ends it earlier.
Uninstalling the app, leaving a group, deleting a child profile, or stopping use does not by itself cancel a subscription.
6. Plan changes
Upgrades, downgrades, billing-period changes, credits, and proration are handled according to the options and timing shown by the purchase platform. A Family group may require a Family entitlement. If a plan no longer supports the current group, access may become limited until the group or plan is changed.
7. Price changes
We or the purchase platform may change future subscription prices. Notice and consent will be provided where required. A price change does not retroactively change a completed billing period.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase platform, the Refund Policy, and mandatory law. Store purchases must generally be requested from the applicable app store. Web-purchase requests may be submitted as described in the Refund Policy.
9. Failed payment, chargeback, and misuse
If payment fails, is reversed, refunded, disputed, or appears fraudulent, access may be suspended or ended. We may preserve transaction and safety records and may restrict repeated trial, refund, or chargeback abuse.
10. Deletion, leaving, and subscription ownership
Deleting an account or leaving a group does not automatically create a refund. If the subscription owner leaves or deletes the account, access and ownership transfer depend on product functionality and the purchase platform. Contact support@duodisly.com before deleting the subscription-owner account if another adult should continue the group.
11. Platform terms and mandatory rights
The purchase platform’s terms, billing rules, cancellation tools, and refund process may also apply. Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
