These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Individual Entrepreneur “Krail”, operator of Duodisly. They govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an adult account, accepting these Terms, using the Service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Duodisly helps adults, couples, and families organize tasks, shared accountability, confirmations, progress, and rewards. It is a coordination and productivity tool. Duodisly does not guarantee that any person will complete a task, approve evidence, keep an agreement, provide an offline reward, improve a relationship, or achieve a particular result.

Duodisly is not an emergency service and does not provide legal, medical, psychological, financial, parenting, or family-counseling advice.

2. Adult eligibility

An ordinary Duodisly account may be created only by a person aged 18 or older who has legal capacity to accept these Terms. You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.

3. Parent-managed child profiles

A child cannot create an independent adult account. An adult family administrator may create a parent-managed child profile and child credentials only if the adult:

  • is the child’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise has lawful authority;
  • accepts responsibility for creating and managing the profile;
  • provides the required authorization and notices;
  • supervises the child’s use in a manner appropriate to the child and local law;
  • does not use the Service to exploit, threaten, humiliate, coerce, or endanger a child.

Where additional parental verification or age-assurance steps are legally required, Duodisly may require them or restrict child-profile access until they are completed.

The adult administrator controls the child credentials, may reset them, and may delete the child profile. A child profile cannot purchase or manage a subscription, create or manage a group, issue invitations, access adult group analytics, or access an adult approval queue.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity under your account or managed child credentials, except to the extent caused by Duodisly’s breach or unlawful conduct. Keep credentials confidential, use reasonable security, and notify support@duodisly.com promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Do not share an adult account with a child or allow a child to bypass the child-profile access path.

5. Groups and roles

A couple group may include up to two adults. A family group may include up to two adults and four parent-managed child profiles, subject to the current product limits shown in the Service.

Group administrators may invite or remove members, manage child profiles, and control selected group settings. Members should understand that content shared inside a group is visible to other authorized members of that group.

6. Tasks, rewards, chat, and evidence

Users may create tasks, child task proposals, confirmations, rewards, messages, comments, notes, and task evidence. Offline rewards and family agreements are arrangements between group members. Duodisly is not a party to them and does not enforce them.

Task evidence must be relevant and lawful. Do not upload identification documents, payment-card information, intimate images, illegal material, content depicting sexual exploitation, or unnecessary images of third parties. Do not use hidden surveillance or upload content obtained without the rights or permissions required by law.

7. Ownership and service license for content

You retain your ownership rights in content you create. You grant Duodisly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for as long as needed, to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display to authorized group members, moderate, secure, back up, and delete that content solely to operate, protect, improve, and legally administer the Service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload and that its use through the Service does not violate law or another person’s rights.

8. Safety, reporting, and moderation

The Service includes tools to report users or content, block another adult, leave a group, remove members where permitted, and regenerate invitation codes. Reports are private safety records reviewed only by authorized Duodisly personnel or systems; they are not visible to ordinary group members or the reported person merely because they share a group.

We may review reports, preserve relevant records, remove or restrict content, warn users, limit features, suspend access, disable credentials, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, law, rights, security, or enforcement. We do not guarantee immediate review or a particular outcome.

For immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate child-protection authority. Duodisly is not an emergency-response service.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • violate law or another person’s rights;
  • access another account, profile, group, or data without authorization;
  • harass, threaten, coerce, stalk, humiliate, exploit, groom, or endanger another person;
  • create or share child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content facilitating child exploitation;
  • disclose another person’s private information without lawful authority;
  • upload malware, interfere with security, scrape protected areas, reverse engineer except where law permits, or overload the Service;
  • manipulate reports, invitations, rewards, points, subscriptions, trials, refunds, or chargebacks;
  • use the Service for spam, fraud, unlawful surveillance, or commercial resale without permission;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent authority over a child profile.

10. Subscriptions

Some or all features may require a paid subscription after a trial. Plan, price, currency, taxes, billing period, trial availability, renewal terms, and included features are displayed before purchase and may vary by country, platform, currency, and offer.

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the purchase platform shown at checkout. Unless the checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Subscription Terms, Refund Policy, mandatory law, and the rules of the relevant purchase platform.

Only an adult may purchase or manage a subscription. Group members may receive access through the subscribing adult’s group entitlement.

11. Intellectual property

Duodisly, its software, design, branding, documentation, and non-user content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

“Duodisly” and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

12. Third-party services

The Service may rely on hosting, authentication, app-store, notification, analytics, storage, and payment services, including Microsoft Clarity for optional UX analytics where enabled. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to your use of those components. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

13. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. We will provide notice where required for material changes that adversely affect paid access.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your adult account. We may restrict or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create a safety or security risk, fail to pay, misuse trials or refunds, or where required by law. Where reasonable and safe, we may give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Termination does not remove obligations or rights that by their nature should survive, including payment, intellectual property, safety records, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute provisions, and lawful retention.

15. Account deletion

Deletion is available through Profile → Account → Delete Account and as described on the Delete Account page. Group and child-profile consequences depend on whether another adult remains. Some records may be retained or de-identified for safety, fraud prevention, billing, legal, audit, and dispute reasons.

16. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duodisly and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising from the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for Duodisly during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable fraud, intentional misconduct, death, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

18. Indemnity for unlawful misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate the operator for reasonable losses, liabilities, and costs resulting from your unlawful misuse of the Service, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to losses caused by Duodisly or where consumer law prohibits the obligation.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without overriding mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.

Before filing a claim, please contact support@duodisly.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Subject to mandatory law, disputes that cannot be resolved will be submitted to the competent courts of Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. Material changes may require adult users to accept a new version. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law.
