This Refund Policy applies to paid Duodisly subscriptions. Mandatory consumer rights always remain unaffected.
1. Cancellation is different from a refund
Cancellation stops a future renewal. It does not ordinarily refund a completed charge. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless the purchase platform or a granted refund ends access earlier.
2. App-store purchases
If you purchased through an app store, the store processes the payment and generally decides refund requests. Submit the request through the store’s official refund process. Duodisly cannot guarantee or override the store’s decision.
3. Web purchases
For a web purchase, contact support@duodisly.com and include the account email, purchase date, plan, transaction reference if available, and reason for the request.
Subject to mandatory law and the purchase platform’s rules, we will generally consider a refund request made within 14 calendar days of:
- the first paid charge after a trial;
- an accidental renewal;
- a duplicate charge;
- a charge for service that could not be accessed because of a verified Duodisly technical failure.
A request may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated refund abuse, material use of the paid Service, violation of the Terms, or where the request falls outside applicable rights and the stated period.
Unauthorized charges should be reported promptly. We may require reasonable verification and may suspend access while investigating.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original purchase platform and payment method. Timing is controlled by the platform and financial institutions. Taxes and currency conversions are handled according to the platform’s rules.
A full refund may end paid access immediately. A partial refund or credit may be offered where permitted.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. A chargeback may cause immediate suspension of the related subscription while the dispute is handled. This does not limit your lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
