You can initiate deletion without contacting support.

Adult account deletion

  1. Sign in to the adult Duodisly account.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Open Account.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Review the consequences and confirm.

You may also email support@duodisly.com from the account email. Include enough information for us to verify the request. Never send a password.

What happens to a group

  • If a couple or family has another adult, the group may remain for that adult. Administrative rights may transfer, and the deleted adult’s information is removed or de-identified where reasonably possible.
  • If a family has no other adult, the group, managed child profiles, child credentials, and active group content are deleted or deactivated according to the deletion process.
  • Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancel through the purchase platform before deletion.

Child-profile deletion

A child profile is deleted by an adult family administrator in family settings. The child profile itself does not use the adult account-deletion flow. The adult may also contact privacy@duodisly.com.

Data removed and retained

We remove or de-identify active profile, credential, group-membership, task, reward, chat, notification, and task-evidence data where reasonably possible and appropriate to the group state.

Limited records may be retained:

  • technical logs: up to 90 days;
  • backup copies: generally up to 30 days;
  • reports and safety records: up to 24 months, longer for an active matter or legal requirement;
  • support communications: up to 24 months;
  • deletion audit: up to 24 months, longer for a dispute or legal requirement;
  • subscription and transaction records: as required by the purchase platform, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and law.
